Sambal Fish

Ingredients:

1 fish - fried (To fry fish, wash with salt water, season with salt and pepper and fry in shallow pan)

Sambal Paste:

2 medium onions
1 bulb garlic
2 inch ginger
5-15 dry chillies (depending on taste)
3 tbsp oil
1 lime - juice
2 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Cut onions, garlic, ginger into cube size.
  2. Fry until slightly brown in oil.
  3. Add dry chillies and fry until fragrant.
  4. Once fragrant, pour into food processor and process until well minced.
  5. Pour back into original pan and warm thru.
  6. Add juice of 1 lime and 2 tsp of vinegar into sambal mixture.
  7. Pour sambal over fish and garnish with cilantro.
  8. Serve warm with rice.
